Starting as a laborer, he has advanced into leadership roles, currently serving as an estimator at Global Building. Trent has successfully managed numerous multimillion-dollar ground-up residential projects and has extensive experience estimating a wide range of developments, including tenant improvements (TIs), multifamily housing, and multilevel structures.

I began my construction career at a Door and Window Company and have since built 7 years of diverse experience across the industry. My work spans luxury single-family homes, multi-family renovations, roofing, waterproofing, and commercial construction. I believe knowledge is power and am committed to continually learning every aspect of the trade. Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors is a passion of mine, and I prioritize excellent customer service as essential to success. Project Manager
Yana Viteri has 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and high-end residential construction project management. She holds an MBA from Woodbury University and a CCIM designation. Since joining GBC in 2024 as an estimator and project engineer, Yana supports construction and estimating teams and leads expansion into the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Her strengths include project management, client relations, and business growth. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys delivering successful projects.

With over 15 years of experience in construction, I have held roles including Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Contracts Administrator. I bring a strong focus on efficient project management and enjoy integrating technology to help achieve successful outcomes. My portfolio includes major commercial projects such as the Sheraton Hotel, JW Marriott, Sidra Medical and Research Center, and the Convention Center in Doha, as well as luxury residential developments in Beverly Hills and affordable housing in South Los Angeles.
