With over 28 years of leadership in the construction industry, Jacob brings an exceptional depth of experience as both a Project Manager and Company Executive. A proud graduate of the University of Southern California, where he played as a Trojan, Jacob has built a career defined by excellence, discipline, and strategic vision.
Before founding Global Building Corp, Jacob honed his expertise working for some of the industry's top general contractors. He also served as President and RMO of two other firms, where he developed a reputation for delivering complex, high-stakes projects with precision—on time and within budget.
Jacob’s extensive knowledge base, coupled with his hands-on leadership style, empowers him to drive operational success and execute even the most challenging construction projects with confidence and clarity. His track record is a testament to a career built on integrity, performance, and a passion for building.

Daniel brings over 26 years of invaluable experience to his leadership roles as Principal and Chief Operations Officer at Global Building Corp. As a California-licensed general contractor, he has built a strong foundation through his work with leading Southern California construction firms such as Howard S. Wright, MATT Construction, Sletten Construction, and Totum Construction.

His diverse background spans a wide range of projects, showcasing his ability to manage complex builds with precision and efficiency. Daniel’s keen attention to detail, deep industry knowledge, and strategic operational insight make him an essential asset to the company.
