GBC recently completed a 6800 sq. ft. remodel of a Shakey’s Pizza location in West Los Angeles, including an impressive 950 sq. ft. outdoor patio renovation. This project transformed the restaurant inside and out, featuring a fully upgraded dining area, bar, restrooms, and kitchen, along with all-new flooring, updated lighting fixtures, and the addition of a modern game room. On the exterior, we removed and replaced all siding, revamped the entire parking lot, including a new drive approach and full ADA-compliant parking layout, and installed fresh landscaping to enhance curb appeal. The outdoor dining experience was elevated with a complete patio remodel supported by a structural steel canopy designed for long-term durability. To support expanded kitchen operations, we also installed a new grease interceptor. This project highlights our ability to deliver comprehensive, high-quality renovations that improve functionality, aesthetics, and the overall guest experience from the ground up.
