Ground Up Mixed Use Building

Global Building Corporation completed Fillmore Grove, a 20,000-square-foot mixed-use development on a 1.7-acre site in Fillmore, California. Delivered in 14 months, the project includes 16,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space with 14-foot ceilings and 4,000 square feet of office space above.

A custom-built rotunda creates a distinctive architectural focal point. The building also features 10 restrooms, a common corridor and an internal stairwell connecting the retail and office levels.

Site improvements include an 83-space parking lot and an additional pad for a drive-through restaurant. From ground-up construction through final finishes, GBC coordinated the building and site work to create a cohesive commercial destination.
