Childcare Tenant Improvement

Global Building Corp recently completed a transformative tenant improvement project for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy center dedicated to supporting children with autism. This comprehensive 2,600-square-foot remodel was designed with the utmost attention to safety and sensory needs, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The space now features six specialized classrooms, each thoughtfully designed to cater to various therapeutic activities, ensuring a conducive learning environment. A dedicated games room promotes social interaction and skill development, while a cafeteria-like room encourages socialization during meal times, fostering a sense of community. A welcoming reception area sets a positive tone for families and visitors upon arrival.
Throughout the project, safety was our top priority. We implemented design elements that minimize sensory overload and ensure a secure, calming atmosphere for children and staff alike.
